    ABOUT US:
We have been boaters since the mid-1980's and started with sailboats in the marina which we had for 10 years.  We have always been do-it-yourselfers that enjoy taking a good platform and tweak it for our purposes.  Powerboats came when our lives were too busy for the time to sail. Andiamo is our fourth power boat and the second ranger tug.  our home cruising grounds are puget sound in Washington State.

We have retired from one chapter of full work and continue to work but at a different pace and for different reasons.  While on the Great Loop Adventure, even that has been scaled back that we call it a sabbatical.

Creating this website and maintaining it with photos, lessons, ideas and our personal narrative is part of our boating experience.

Thanks for taking the time to enjoy it.  John & Laurie Gray

WE LIKE TO SHARE OUR LESSONS.  Let Us Know WHAT WORKED FOR YOU OR How We Can Help You.

We are often available to  do presentations in the pacific Northwest on the Great Loop.
